Electrogalvanizing welding net is made of high quality low carbon steel wire row welding, advanced welding process at each crossing point are respectively vertical and horizontal welding, and then cold plating.
Process:
Cold galvanizing is the process of oil removal, rust removal, showing no pollution, infiltrating electric welding mesh hung into a special plating tank cathode, anode with zinc. When DC power is switched on, the zinc ions on the anode migrate to the cathode, and discharge on the cathode, so that the welding net is coated with a layer of zinc. The coating is relatively thin, generally within 5-30 microns, so the corrosion protection time will be relatively short.
Features:
The net surface is smooth, the mesh is uniform, the solder joint is firm, the local machining performance is good, the color is bright, beautiful.
Use:
Widely used in industrial and agricultural construction guardrail, transportation and mining. Commonly used for poultry fences, egg baskets, poultry paddocks. Supermarket shelves, drainage rack, fruit juice filtration, etc.
