Anodic oxidation is a common treatment method for the surface of aluminum steel mesh. Anodic oxidation can form a thin layer of alumina on the surface of aluminum steel plate mesh.
Its thickness is 5 ~ 20 microns, the hard anodic oxide film can reach 60 ~ 200 microns.
After oxidation greatly changed the physical and chemical properties of aluminum plate steel mesh, the corrosion performance is enhanced, in ω=0.03NaCl salt spray after thousands of hours of corrosion. The service life increases, does not change color for a long time, especially the aluminum steel plate net has the insulation, the resistance voltage is up to 2000V.
